GNSE to establish a Joint Venture Unit with Crisware and SureSolutions. (www.crisware.com & www.suresolutions.dk )

GNSE and Sure Solutions/Crisware have just signed a Joint Venture Unit to be planned in two phases (first one as a pilot for 4-6 months to be followed by establishing a legal entity co-shared by both sides).
The Project is funded by the Danida to help securing the know how transfer, the market study, the capability building, and the establishement of the Joint Venture focusing on smoothly build up the cooperation and successfully achieving the planned results.
GNSE is a known specialized company regionally in the e-learning and e-security fields with great references and success stories.
SureSolutions and Crisware are 2 sister companies working in e-security (Managed Security Services offering) and Industrial Gaming Applications (IGA) fields serving the Nordic Countries in Europe and outsourcing Development to Vietnam and Pakistan.
Represented by SureSolutions, the European companies have identified GNSE as the most suitable partner for the e-security and IGA offering and development.
An agreement was signed between all parties with the support of a European fund to establish that Joint Venture unit.
The pilot phase will start with 3 sales persons, 1 sales manager, 4 low poly developers, 3 gaming engine developers and their direct management in addition to some call center agents. The operation will be hosted at GNSE premises and supervised by GNSE s well as SureSolutions higher management. Upon success of the pilot phase planned results, the numbers of the developers would be increase to 20 developers and the sales people would be working internationally.
Industrial Gaming field is becoming a booming one especially in the safety and security applications.
The managed security services offer a better return on investment for organization to handle their mailing gateway security and provide ultimate protection.
