Novartis Egypt required an easy-to-use application that enables distributors to upload their order sheets (or Novartis personnel delegated to these distributors) so that these orders can be modified and dispatched for processing. This process required interesting workflows and careful, also automated, mapping between Novartis business entities and distributors’ business entities.
