Cairo, Egypt – July 1, 2007 – Following its outstanding success
and continuous solid paces in providing its e-learning solutions
internationally, GNSE Group decides it is the right time to effectively
participate in the e-learning initiative within Egypt. GNSE Group wanted to
invest its expertise gained along the way to facilitate the quality education
for the Egyptian young minds, which became a mandatory rather than a luxury for
creating the wealth of the nation and serving the current needs for more highly
educated, technological-equipped workforces.
With this objective in mind sustained by a clear vision, GNSE Group participated
in the tender for creating 23 e-learning courses for the Egyptian
E-learning University (EELU).
The EELU (Egyptian E-Learning University) is a non-profit organization for
higher education that will provide educational services, training, and research
programs. The EELU opening date is September 1st, 2007.
Through the proposal given to the EELU, GNSE Group demonstrated its full
awareness of the EELU’s requirements and its capabilities to deliver reliable
and efficient e-courses within the required time frame and with a very
competitive cost complies with the set budget. The proposal seized the
admiration and appreciation of the EELU. Hence, an agreement was signed between
GNSE Group and IBM Egypt to co-operate in developing and implementing this
strategic project, which is expected to be a distinctive insignia in the
e-learning history whether in Egypt or regionally.
