- ABOUT CLIENT
King Fahd Security College is the main educational institution in Saudi Arabia that teaches security and criminal sciences. The college was first started in 1354 hijri at the hands of King Abdul Rahman Al Sauud under the name of “Police School”, and developed gradually from a small school to become the kingdom’s major police academy, providing the country with all its police force needs.
As the college developed in terms of the educational services provided, the increasingly growing number of students who join it every year, and the diversity of sciences taught, the demand for an online access to the college services and information became inevitable.
- CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
The college administration wanted students to be able to apply for admittance online without having to submit their papers in person, especially students live in different regions in the kingdom, and they would have to come back and forth several times to follow up their admittance status. The web portal would enable students to identify the acceptance terms, the required information, and the different tests and their dates. This also facilitates the submission procedures and minimizes the resources needed to assist students and manage their applications.
The web portal would also help visitors get all the information they need about the college including the different departments the curricula, the teaching board and their contact information, the students’ daily routine…etc. The college administrator also wanted to provide beneficiaries with access to one of the biggest security libraries in the kingdom and enable them to browse the library and borrow books through an automated system. The board also wanted to provide employees with access to their corporate mail via the Internet.

Following the big success of GNS Saudi's first contract with King Fahd Security College (KFSC), they asked to open new maintenance contract for 3 years as Man power contract. In addition to, GNS Saudi signed new contract with the Saudi General Investigation.
