- ABOUT CLIENT
Founded in 1957, Al Rajhi Bank is one of the largest Islamic banks in the world. With over 50 years of experience in banking and trading activities, the various individual establishments under the Al Rajhi name were merged into the umbrella 'Al Rajhi trading and exchange corporation' in 1978 and it was in this year that the bank was also established as a Saudi share holding company. Al Rajhi Bank has a vast network of over 400 branches, and has the largest customer base of any bank in KSA.

As a large bank, Al Rajhi bank need to offer new electronic channels that answer customers’ needs and aspirations, simplifying their efforts whilst saving time.
Al rajhi need to easily update the portal content using a powerful and trusted tool.
Al Rajhi bank need the web portal to create a new corporate image in order to clarify their marketing message and to structure their portal around these themes. The solution needed aim to clearly communicate the bank’s business strengths.
- OUR RESPONSES
GNS successfully managed to provide a solution that combines & integrates Microsoft Content Management Server (CMS) with a GNS developed module that provides the flexibility required customizing and updating the web portal content with great ease, The CMS makes it easier for authorized users to edit and publish content according to the standardized styles and workflow process. The newly developed web portal reflects the unique identity of the bank.
- SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMER
According to the successfully delivery of the portal, Al-Rajhi Bank sign on-site maintenance contract with GNS to be responsible for training the bank employees and develop any customization required in the portal.
